Reports to Chief Sales Coordinator, (Global web division)
Job location : Surat (Gujarat).
   
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
 
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
 
Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts.
 
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits.
 
Give on site demo to all local inquiries and online demo to outside inquiries.
 
Maintain up to date status of each and every inquiry and submit periodic report of lost case / inquiry analysis.
 
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal
 
  order-processing staff.
 
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business.

Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and adver
 
  -tising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
 
Computer skills : Must be adept in use of MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar
 
 
database to basic level, Internet and email. It will be an advantage of having basic knowledge of web structure and web
 
  development concept.
 
 
Education : B.B.A. (M.B.A. can also apply) + D.C.A. (or any computer course)
 
Experience : Minimum one year of working experience in IT sales, or any direct sales experience.
 
Salary : Up to 1.5 lac or depend upon the candidate's profile
