During the Implementation and Integration phase the cspl Software team supports the field testing of the system as part of their pilot support. cspl’s system consultants work closely with the software team during this phase to assure a smooth rollout of the complete software, and communications solution. When customer is satisfied that the software meets the needs, the project moves into the integration and training phase. As customer begins to develop the training program, we offer a wide array of services. Using a variety of media (presentations, demos, user manuals etc.), we can design a complete training package and administer the entire program. Or we can deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and offer guidance to the in-house staff in creating a program that’s best for customer. |
