  • Integrated & Embedded complete accounting mechanism
    • The software’s kernel engine provides seamless integration of modules to the underlying accounting mechanism. The accounting kernel is fully automatic and runs truly in the background, wherein the closing balances and accounting entries are also passed and maintained with each and every transaction entry.
    • The accounting kernel provides automation of the profit / loss calculations at runtime and automatic posting of the same to the relevant accounts leveraging the potential to the automated preparation of the balance sheet and related final account statements.
    • No manual process is required to post the closing accounting entries, nor for the calculation of the ratios, fund flow / cash flow statements or balances.
    • The accounting kernel provides a true codeless environment for user’s operations, as the list of the relevant accounts in the working module/section, is automatically pops up as per the criteria set by the user. This eliminates the need to remember the codes/numbers set for each account, while operating, and eases the task of the junior / bottom level accounting persons.
    • The accounting kernel provides at a glance the annual comparative analysis for summarized/detailed transactions with the relevant accounts, without need to go to different reports.
    • VAT/TDS/FBT other taxes are handled automatically and transparently by the accounting engine.

  • Process Management & Control
    • The software provides complete process management along with inventory control and management, tailored as per specific customer needs.
    • Each and every process is finally integrated and synchronized with the underlying accounting kernel, the reports as per the needs are customized and incorporated into the software as per requirements.
    • Order management, inventory management on basis of serial numbers, lot no. or quantity, inventory management from Challan/invoices, multiple godown inventory, inventory for manufacturing process, including issues/receipts from diff. departments, wastages, etc. etc. can be transparently handled by the software, adhering to excise norms too.
    • A complete process control, comprising of the inventory movement while changing forms, ie.     • The software provides complete user management at small/medium/enterprise level. As the software runs on true SQL databases that can handle all type of data loads, the user management plug-in provides the organization with the following benefits:

      • Restrict the user to particular modules only and thereby to certain operative roles for each modules. For example - Add/print rights only in case of sales invoices.

    • Payroll management plug-in is provided in 3 flavour:

    • The payroll manager plug-in provides complete integration with the thumb/punch mark/RF ID machines for marking the attendance of the employees and thereafter computation of the salary sheets as per requirements.
    • Organisation specific rules for the attendance, late coming, overtime, leave, medical leave etc. can be set for specific customers.
    • Loan, advances, deductions, kharchi, upad, etc. options are provided and integrated in the complete payroll system, and are integrated towards final pay slip generation.
    • The production related job payments, for eg. Payment on basis of meters production etc., are handled transparently by the software.
    • Management of PF, HRA etc. etc as per the laws is seamlessly integrated into the payroll management.
    • The management of Leave travel, Paid Leave, Casual Leave, Medical Leave etc.. etc. are being managed by the software and in case of the large enterprises, the P & I R (Personal and industrial relations) is being handled totally by the software.
    • Promotions, demotion, training schedules, family history, grant of leave travel allowances, reimbursement of the medical and travel charges, other charges incurred on behalf of the company etc. are managed by the system itself.
